 Implantology and Dental Aesthetics Clinic, height regime GF+2F  - Constanta, Trocadero area – A= 320 sqm .  IPG Steel & Concrete had the honor of leading this beautiful project from the concept phase, design phase, everything culminating in handing over the building in perfect operating condition

Within the Government project ” We develop the Romanian village ”, a project co-financed and supported by the European Union,  IPG Steel & Concrete carried out  earthworks, foundations, roads, access platforms for the ”Broiler chicken growing hall” – Constanta, Mihail Kogalniceanu commune, Sibioara village. A= 1400 sqm.

The superstructure made of metal profiles was executed in collaboration with Arcelor Mittal Steel .

The construction of a metal hall involves the following stages:

Design:

At this stage, the design team deals with the technical-economic documentation of the construction, with its sketches and plans, as well as with the structural part of the entire assembly;

Execution of the foundations:

Before the actual excavation begins, a geological study is carried out, consisting of shallow drillings, in order to establish the nature of the land. Depending on the results of the study, the foundation parameters are established;

Next follows the excavation and pouring of the foundation;

Assembly of the metal skeleton:
    The metal skeleton is first manufactured in a specialized workshop, then all prefabricated elements are transported by trailer to the construction site, where the actual assembly will begin. The assembly of the skeleton is carried out by specialists using high-performance equipment and machinery;

Assembly of the walls:
    Depending on the purpose of the construction, the type of roof and wall is chosen.  On request, ventilation openings or skylights may be installed in the roof;

Completion:
    In this final phase, the interior floors are executed.

Due to our company's experience, we can recommend optimal solutions for the purpose of your hall. For example: in the case of an industrial hall, one may opt for pouring a concrete screed, or in the case of a showroom an epoxy resin floor is recommended.
