Design of a rental space building

An interesting project, at least from the perspective of creating the new structure, which at the level of each slab will be connected to the initial structure.

Having at our disposal all the tools necessary for carrying out such a project, our engineers successfully used their knowledge to achieve perfect cooperation between the existing structure and the new one.

Above the existing basement , the building will rise with GF+2F+Attic . Thus, the building will increase its gross area by 150 sqm.
