One-level overbuild
At the beginning of the 1930s, the great Radu Arma wanted to build himself a villa in beautiful Constanta. The place chosen by him was Puskin Street. To this end, he called upon the services of architect Goldstein, who designed a wonderful art deco villa. Spread over basement, ground floor, first floor and walkable terrace, the villa presents the theme of the ocean liner, being able to be likened to a ``ship house ``. The portholes, the ship-castle shape and the quality of the design make Goldstein's project one of the most successful projects signed by him.
In our times, IPG Steel & Concrete responded positively to an unusual challenge: Extension of this historic building by one level - extension with a partial attic of an existing terrace.
The concept and the finishes worked with special attention make the appearance of the new element of the villa almost imperceptible, perfectly integrated into the existing decor.
Enjoy!
