Our company represents the interests of the beneficiary and/or investor, who does not have the time or the specific training to supervise the development of construction investments.
At the same time, we also handle obtaining the authorizations necessary for carrying out the investment, paying the legal fees to the authorized state bodies and institutions, including representing the beneficiary's interests through a site supervisor, according to Law 10/1995, the construction quality law, thus also ensuring project management through a Project Manager.
Through our certified specialists - site inspectors in the specialties of constructions, installations, interior and exterior networks, gas, water, telecommunications, utilities, construction materials, and consolidation - we ensure the client the proper quantitative and qualitative progress of the investment, certifying according to the law compliance with the specific rules, standards, and laws in force, by countersigning Hidden Works Reports, Quality Acceptance Reports, and Determining Stages Reports for each field, thus collaborating with the representatives of design, contractors, and the State Construction Inspectorate.
IPG Steel & Concrete can prepare the Technical Book of the Construction for you, based on the documentation collected from the designer and the builder, and we hand it over to the investor.
We provide Consulting in any field of construction activities, including for companies and/or banks that provide loans for the realization, construction, repartitioning, modernization, or repair of any type of construction: civil - residential or office -, industrial, or agricultural.
In this direction, with the help of certified specialists, we can handle engineering technical expert assessments in all cases where the original project is missing.
